Innersync • Alphapy Bot Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-03-02

Thank you for using the Innersync • Alphapy Discord Bot (“Innersync • Alphapy”, “Bot”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the rules that govern how you access and use the Bot and its related functionality, including our pricing and information website at pricing.alphapy.innersync.tech (the “Pricing Site”). By inviting the Bot to a Discord server, configuring it, interacting with any of its commands, or visiting or using the Pricing Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot or the Pricing Site.

Quick summary (not a substitute for the full Terms): You must follow Discord’s rules and keep the Bot configured responsibly. Innersync • Alphapy is provided “as is”, without financial advice, and we may modify or remove features at any time. You are responsible for ensuring the Bot fits your community’s needs.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must have a valid Discord account and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • Users must be at least 13 years old or meet Discord’s minimum age requirements in their jurisdiction.
  • Server administrators who install the Bot confirm that they have the necessary rights to manage integrations for their Discord server.
  • You must ensure that your members understand the nature of the Bot’s functionality, especially when it surfaces AI-generated content or captures member submissions.

2. Description of Service

Innersync • Alphapy offers modular features designed for community management and growth support, including the Pricing Site at pricing.alphapy.innersync.tech where you can view pricing and information about premium subscriptions. Current Bot capabilities are described in README.md and may include:

  • Reminder tools: automated reminders based on embeds, schedules, or manual input.
  • AI interactions: Grok-powered commands such as /learn_topic, /growthcheckin, and /create_caption.
  • Ticketing and utilities: invite tracking, moderation helpers, and export tools.
  • GDPR support: commands to export onboarding data and future deletion tooling.
  • Premium features: enhanced capabilities including image reminders, live session presets, and premium AI modes (subscription required).

We may update, add, or remove features without prior notice. Some functionality may rely on third-party APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Discord, Google Cloud) and their availability.

3. Premium Services and Billing

3.1 Subscription Services

Certain features of the Bot require a premium subscription (“Premium Services”). Premium subscriptions are billed through our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) and provide access to enhanced features across all servers where the subscribing user is a member.

3.2 Pricing and Billing

  • Monthly subscription: €4.99/month
  • Yearly subscription: €29/year (early bird pricing)
  • Lifetime access: €49 one-time (first 50 members: €20 early bird)

All prices are in Euros and exclude applicable taxes. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

3.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. We do not store credit card information. Billing disputes should be directed to your payment provider or Lemon Squeezy support.

3.4 Subscription Management

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods (e.g. unused months on a yearly plan), except as set out in the 30-day money-back guarantee (section 3.5)
  • Lifetime access is permanent once purchased; refunds are only available within the 30-day money-back period (see section 3.5)
  • You may transfer your subscription to a different Discord server using /premium_transfer

3.5 Refund Policy — 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on premium purchases so you can try Premium with confidence.

Eligibility

  • First purchase only: The guarantee applies to your first premium purchase (first subscription or first lifetime purchase). Repeat purchases (e.g. a new subscription after a previous one has ended) are not covered unless we state otherwise.
  • Within 30 days: You must request the refund within 30 days of the original purchase date (or, for recurring subscriptions, within 30 days of the start of the billing period you are asking to refund).
  • Lifetime access: A lifetime (one-time) purchase may be refunded within 30 days of that purchase. After 30 days, lifetime access is non-refundable.

How to request a refund

  • Send an email to support@innersync.tech with the subject “Refund request” and include:
    • Your Discord username and, if possible, the email address used at checkout
    • The date of purchase and the product (e.g. monthly, yearly, or lifetime)
    • A brief reason for the request (optional but helps us improve)
  • We will confirm receipt and process eligible requests within a reasonable time (typically within 14 business days). Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our partner.

What is not covered

  • Refunds for billing periods that have already been used beyond the first 30 days (e.g. no pro-rata refund for “remaining” months on a yearly plan after 30 days).
  • Chargebacks or disputes opened with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first — we ask that you contact support@innersync.tech first so we can resolve the issue or process a refund where applicable.
  • Abuse of the guarantee (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund behaviour); we may refuse or limit refunds in such cases.

Technical issues

  • If Premium does not work due to a technical fault on our side (e.g. access not granted after payment, persistent service failure), we will resolve the issue or refund you regardless of the 30-day window where appropriate. Contact support@innersync.tech and describe the problem.

3.6 Service Availability

Premium features may be temporarily unavailable due to payment processor issues, API outages, or maintenance. We will restore service as quickly as possible but provide no uptime guarantees for premium features.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Bot, you agree to:

  • Use the Bot only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations including the Belgian Data Protection Act (Wet van 30 juli 2018) and GDPR requirements.
  • Configure roles, permissions, and channels responsibly to avoid exposing sensitive data.
  • Avoid uploading or prompting the Bot with unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
  • Refrain from reverse engineering, attempting to extract proprietary source code, or misusing rate limits.
  • Give members clear notice if their inputs will be stored or used for AI processing.

We reserve the right to suspend or decline service for misuse, security concerns, or legal obligations.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Bot and the Pricing Site is also governed by the Innersync • Alphapy Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we store it, and the choices available to you and your members. For the Pricing Site, our Cookie Policy describes which cookies and similar technologies we use and how you can manage your preferences. Installing or using the Bot, or visiting the Pricing Site, signifies acceptance of the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Cookie Policy. The Privacy Policy incorporates Belgian data protection requirements under the Wet van 30 juli 2018.

6. Configuration Data and Member Content

  • Server administrators are responsible for the accuracy of configuration settings (e.g., reminder channels, log channels, access roles).
  • Growth check-in responses, ticket messages, reminder details, and similar content may be stored in a database to operate the features you enable.
  • AI-generated suggestions or summaries are produced automatically. They may be inaccurate or unsuitable; always review before acting on them.
  • If you submit third-party content through the Bot, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive license to process that content for the purpose of operating the Bot.

7. Financial and Educational Disclaimer

Innersync • Alphapy serves communities that discuss trading and personal growth. Nothing generated or surfaced by the Bot should be construed as financial, investment, legal, or mental-health advice. You act on any information at your own risk. Always consult qualified professionals before making decisions.

8. Availability and Support

  • The Bot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
  • We may temporarily suspend the Bot for maintenance, security updates, or to comply with legal requirements.
  • Support is offered on a best-effort basis via the contact methods listed below. Response times may vary.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms when we update the Bot or our policies. Significant changes will be announced via the project’s changelog, repository releases, or other appropriate channels. Continuing to use the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

  • You may remove the Bot from your server at any time. Doing so stops new data collection but stored data may persist until deleted under the Privacy Policy.
  • We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms, pose a risk to other users, or if we discontinue the Bot.

11. Intellectual Property

  • The Innersync • Alphapy codebase is released under the Apache License 2.0 (see LICENSE or README.md). Respect the license terms when forking or self-hosting. When self-hosting, you become the data controller and must ensure compliance with Belgian data protection laws.
  • Innersync • Alphapy, related artwork, and documentation remain our intellectual property. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Third-Party Services

Some features depend on external providers (such as Discord, OpenAI, Google Drive, and PostgreSQL hosting). Using those features means you also agree to the terms and privacy practices of those providers. We are not responsible for interruptions or issues caused by third-party services.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use the Bot at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Bot;
  • Any conduct or content of third parties on the Bot; or
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Bot will not exceed €100.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you operate Innersync • Alphapy from a different jurisdiction, update this section before publishing.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts. For users in Belgium, you may also contact the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (GBA) for data protection related disputes.
